Common use of Stage 2 – Senior Managers Meeting Clause in Contracts

Stage 2 – Senior Managers Meeting. 3.1 Following receipt of a notification pursuant to paragraph 2.6 of this Schedule 4, the Senior Managers of each Party shall arrange a meeting within five (5) Working Days to seek resolution of the matter referred to in the Initial Notice. The Senior Managers may, at their discretion, invite the Project Managers to attend such a meeting.
