Start-Up and Synchronization Consistent with the mutually acceptable procedures of the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer is responsible for the proper synchronization of the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System in accordance with NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner procedures and requirements.
Training and Orientation (a) No employee shall be required to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment until he/she has received proper training and instruction.
SCOPE OF SERVICES/CASE HANDLING A. Upon execution by Xxxxxx, Attorneys are retained to provide legal services for the purpose of seeking damages and other relief in the Litigation. Client agrees that Xxxxxx may choose to associate additional law firm(s) and/or lawyer(s) to represent Client in connection with the investigation and prosecution of the rights Client has as a purchaser of publically traded securities of Xxxxxx, and Client understands that such representation shall be on the same terms as those described in this agreement.
Vulnerability Management BNY Mellon will maintain a documented process to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities affecting its systems used to provide the services. BNY Mellon will classify security vulnerabilities using industry recognized standards and conduct continuous monitoring and testing of its networks, hardware and software including regular penetration testing and ethical hack assessments. BNY Mellon will remediate identified security vulnerabilities in accordance with its process.
Geometric visibility The visibility of the illuminating surface, including its visibility in areas which do not appear to be illuminated in the direction of observation considered, shall be ensured within a divergent space defined by generating lines based on the perimeter of the illuminating surface and forming an angle of not less than 5° with the axis of reference of the headlamp. The origin of the angles of geometric visibility is the perimeter of the projection of the illuminating surface on a transverse plane tangent to the foremost part of the lens of the headlamp.

Trunk Group Connections and Ordering 5.2.1 For both One-Way and Two-Way Interconnection Trunks, if Onvoy wishes to use a technically feasible interface other than a DS1 or a DS3 facility at the POI, the Parties shall negotiate reasonable terms and conditions (including, without limitation, rates and implementation timeframes) for such arrangement; and, if the Parties cannot agree to such terms and conditions (including, without limitation, rates and implementation timeframes), either Party may utilize the Agreement’s dispute resolution procedures.
Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.
Procurement of Small Works Works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,150,000 equivalent, may be procured under lump-sum, fixed-price contracts awarded on the basis of quotations obtained from three (3) qualified domestic contractors in response to a written invitation. The invitation shall include a detailed description of the works, including basic specifications, the required completion date, a basic form of agreement acceptable to the Association, and relevant drawings, where applicable. The award shall be made to the contractor who offers the lowest price quotation for the required work, and who has the experience and resources to complete the contract successfully. Traffic Management The Customer will not utilize the Services in a manner which, in the view of the Centre Operator, significantly distorts traffic balance on the Centre Operator’s circuits which are shared with other users. If, in the reasonable view of the Centre Operator, the Customer’s traffic patterns cause or may cause such distortion, the Customer should have a dedicated circuit capability. If the Customer declines to do so then the Centre Operator may suspend the Services while the matter is being resolved. If there is no resolution within 5 business days then either party may terminate the Agreement.
