MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT 1. All employees covered by this Collective Agreement shall, as a condition of employment, become and remain members of the British Columbia Teachers’ Federation and the local(s) in the district(s) in which they are employed, subject to Article A.3.2.
HIPAA Requirements The Parties agree that the provisions under HIPAA Rules that are required by law to be incorporated into this Amendment are hereby incorporated into this Agreement.
Confidentiality Requirements (A) Business Associate agrees:

E-Verify Requirements To the extent applicable under ARIZ. REV. STAT. § 41- 4401, the Contractor and its subcontractors warrant compliance with all federal immigration laws and regulations that relate to their employees and their compliance with the E-verify requirements under ARIZ. REV. STAT. § 23-214(A). Contractor’s or its subcontractor’s failure to comply with such warranty shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the termination of this Agreement by the City.

Health and Safety Provisions The Employer shall continue to make and enforce provisions for the occupational health, safety, and security of employees. Escrow Requirement; Escrow Items Borrower must pay to Lender on the day Periodic Payments are due under the Note, until the Note is paid in full, a sum of money to provide for payment of amounts due for all Escrow Items (the “Funds”). The amount of the Funds required to be paid each month may change during the term of the Loan. Borrower must promptly furnish to Lender all notices or invoices of amounts to be paid under this Section 3.
