Stamp Duty and Registration. The charges towards stamp duty and Registration of this Agreement shall be borne by the Purchaser/s. The Purchaser/s shall present this agreement at the concerned office of the Sub Registrar, INDORE for registration within the time prescribed by the Registration Act and upon intimation thereof by the Purchaser/s, the Promoter shall attend such office and admit execution thereof.
