Common use of Standard Benefits Clause in Contracts

Executive will be entitled to receive such fringe benefits and perquisites, including medical and life insurance, as are generally made available from time to time to senior management employees and Executives of the Company and to participate in any pension, profit-sharing, stock option or similar plan or program established from time to time by the Company for the benefit of its senior management employees.
