Standard Company Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which the Executive is eligible under the terms and conditions of the standard Company benefits and compensation practices which may be in effect from time to time and provided by the Company to its Executives generally, which shall include, at a minimum, two (2) weeks of paid vacation per year. The Company may adopt, change or delete plans, policies and provisions in its sole discretion.
