Common use of STANDARD FOR EXCELLENCE Clause in Contracts

STANDARD FOR EXCELLENCE. The Parties subscribe to and adopt the United Association’s Standard for Excellence. When Employees are hired on the job, they shall sign, subscribe and adhere to the United Association’s Standard for Excellence (a copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment 3). Employer agrees that it will adhere to all employer and management responsibilities set forth in the Standard for Excellence. It is also agreed that the Employer, Union and Employees will be bound by the procedures in place to effectuate the Standard for Excellence. It is further agreed that this Agreement will take precedence over any term or condition in the Standard for Excellence which is inconsistent with or varies from any condition of this Agreement.
