Standard Forms. In all communications, the Purchaser and the Supplier may employ their standard forms (including terms and conditions in purchase orders and purchase order acknowledgements), but nothing in those forms shall be construed to modify or amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and, in the case of any conflict herewith, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control.
