Common use of Standard of reporting Clause in Contracts

Standard of reporting. All reports provided by You under the Service Agreement must be of a standard and provided in a way reasonably acceptable to Us and provided electronically via Our online reporting systems (or in another format if agreed by Us) as specified in the Service Agreement or as otherwise notified to You by Us from time to time.
