Common use of Standard of Works Clause in Contracts

Standard of Works. The Landlord will use reasonable endeavours to procure that the Landlord’s Works are carried out: in conformity with all Requisite Consents; with due diligence in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with good building and other relevant codes of practice and only using good quality materials and well maintained plant; in accordance with: all statutes and relevant enforceable codes of practice of the local authority and any other competent authority; the terms of this Agreement.
