Parallel Generation. Qualifying Facility - Standard Offer Tariff Applicable to Customers whose DER Facility is a Qualifying Facility under PURPA or is Renewable Source Generation with capacity that exceeds the limits of the Parallel Generation - Renewable Source Program. Contracts for service shall be where part or all of the electrical requirements of the Customer are provided by the Customer’s on-premise Generation Facility and where the Customer’s Generation Facility is connected for Parallel Operation with the Company’s distribution system. Parallel Generation. The Contractor will be responsible for obtaining the required authorisation from the relevant Distribution Network Operator (DNO) with regard to multiple installation of small scale electricity generation covered by G83/1 – application to proceed (G83/1 appendix 2). The make, type and specification of panels, inverters, generation meters and installation components to be used will be selected based on the above Specifications. Schedule 4 Tenant Consent Background Empower Community Solar [….] LLP (ECS) has arranged with your landlord (INSERT LANDLORD DETAILS) to potentially install and maintain solar panels and certain other equipment (the Solar Power System) at the house you live in (the Property). ECS will pay for and own the Solar Power System installed at the Property. This Solar Power System will be eligible to receive payments known as feed in tariffs (FITs) under a UK government program to encourage the installation of small-scale renewable energy (the UK FIT Scheme). ECS will have all rights to these feed in tariffs and any other income or benefits generated by the Solar Power System as it will have paid for and own the Solar Power System. Consent ECS needs certain information regarding the Property so that it can arrange for the registration and administration of the Solar Power System under the UK FIT Scheme. The information ECS will need is the Meter Point Administration Number (MPAN) for the Property and the official address associated to that MPAN. An MPAN is a unique number that is linked to the Property. This information is held on a database known as the Electricity Central Online Enquiry Service (ECOES). All of the data on ECOES is managed and protected in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act. The FITs ECS will receive are paid to it by licensed energy suppliers. In some circumstances ECS may need to switch from one licensed energy supplier that is paying it FITs to another licensed energy supplier to continue to receive FITs. If ECS does need to switch, it may want to switch to the same licensed electricity supplier that also supplies electricity to the Property. This would have no impact on your relationship with that licensed electricity supplier or your right to switch electricity suppliers. The name of the licensed electricity supplier that supplies energy to the Property is also held on the ECOES database. ECS also needs your consent so that it can access this information and identify which licensed electricity supplier is suppl...

  • Modification of the Small Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner before making any change to the Small Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.

  • Synchronous Generation The Interconnection Customer shall design its Small Generating Facility to maintain a composite power delivery at continuous rated power output at the Point of Interconnection at a power factor within the range of 0.95 leading to 0.95 lagging, unless the NYISO or the Transmission Owner in whose Transmission District the Small Generating Facility interconnects has established different requirements that apply to all similarly situated generators in the New York Control Area or Transmission District (as applicable) on a comparable basis, in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Required Coverages For Generation Resources Of 20 Megawatts Or Less Each Constructing Entity shall maintain the types of insurance as described in section 11.1 paragraphs (a) through (e) above in an amount sufficient to insure against all reasonably foreseeable direct liabilities given the size and nature of the generating equipment being interconnected, the interconnection itself, and the characteristics of the system to which the interconnection is made. Additional insurance may be required by the Interconnection Customer, as a function of owning and operating a Generating Facility. All insurance shall be procured from insurance companies rated “A-,” VII or better by AM Best and authorized to do business in a state or states in which the Interconnection Facilities are located. Failure to maintain required insurance shall be a Breach of the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CBB chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CBB’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CBB to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Network Interconnection 26.1 Interconnection between the networks of different SERVICE PROVIDERs shall be as per National Standards of CCS No.7 issued from time to time by Telecom Engineering Centre (TEC) and also subject to technical feasibility and technical integrity of the Networks and shall be within the overall framework of interconnection regulations issued by the TRAI from time to time. However, if situation so arises, INTERCONNECTION with R2MF signaling may be permitted by LICENSOR.
