Common use of STANDARD PRACTICES Clause in Contracts

STANDARD PRACTICES. The Parties acknowledge that GTE shall be adopting some industry standard approaches and/or establishing its own standard approaches to various requirements hereunder applicable. Nextel agrees that GTE may implement such approaches to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

STANDARD PRACTICES. The Parties acknowledge that GTE shall be adopting some industry standard approaches practices and/or establishing its own standard approaches practices to various requirements hereunder applicableapplicable to the CLEC industry which may be added in the Guide. Nextel Pathnet agrees that GTE may implement such approaches practices to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

Nextel NEWSOUTH agrees that GTE may implement such approaches practices to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

Nextel RECONEX agrees that GTE may implement such approaches practices to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

Nextel Bluegrass agrees that GTE may implement such approaches to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

Nextel UTI agrees that GTE may implement such approaches practices to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

The Parties acknowledge that GTE shall be adopting some industry standard approaches practices and/or establishing its own standard approaches practices to various requirements hereunder applicableapplicable to the ANNOX industry which may be added in the Guide. Nextel ANNOX agrees that GTE may implement such approaches practices to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

The Parties acknowledge that GTE shall be adopting some industry standard approaches and/or establishing its own standard approaches to various requirements hereunder applicableapplicable to Tallgrass industry which may be added in the Guide. Nextel Tallgrass agrees that GTE may implement such approaches to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

The Parties acknowledge that GTE shall be adopting some industry standard approaches practices and/or establishing its own standard approaches practices to various requirements hereunder applicableapplicable to the GSCOMM industry which may be added in the Guide. Nextel GSCOMM agrees that GTE may implement such approaches practices to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

STANDARD PRACTICES. The Parties acknowledge that GTE shall be adopting some industry standard approaches practices and/or establishing its own standard approaches practices to various requirements hereunder applicableapplicable to the NOW industry which may be added in the Guide. Nextel NOW agrees that GTE may implement such approaches practices to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

STANDARD PRACTICES. The Parties acknowledge that GTE shall be adopting some industry standard approaches and/or establishing its own standard approaches to perform its various requirements hereunder applicable. Nextel Powertel agrees that GTE may implement such approaches to satisfy perform any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

STANDARD PRACTICES. The Parties acknowledge that GTE shall be adopting some industry standard approaches practices and/or establishing its own standard approaches practices to various requirements hereunder applicableapplicable to the eti industry which may be added in the Guide. Nextel eti agrees that GTE may implement such approaches practices to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

Nextel COMM SOUTH agrees that GTE may implement such approaches practices to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

Nextel XXX agrees that GTE may implement such approaches practices to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

The Parties acknowledge that GTE shall be adopting some industry standard approaches practices and/or establishing its own standard approaches practices to various requirements hereunder applicableapplicable to the LONE STAR industry which may be added in the Guide. Nextel LONE STAR agrees that GTE may implement such approaches practices to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

STANDARD PRACTICES. The Parties acknowledge that GTE shall be adopting some industry standard approaches and/or establishing its own standard approaches to various requirements hereunder applicable. Nextel 360° agrees that GTE may implement such approaches to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

STANDARD PRACTICES.
