Common use of STANDARD PRACTICES Clause in Contracts

STANDARD PRACTICES. The Parties acknowledge that GTE has already implemented, and shall be establishing or adopting, some industry standard practices and/or its own standard practices, that are not otherwise specified in this Agreement, to implement the various requirements of its obligations hereunder. Such standard practices are defined as practices that are generally applicable to the CLEC industry as a whole and are not specific to CCI. Such practices will be administered on a nondiscriminatory basis. CCI agrees that GTE may implement such industry standard practices to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

The Parties acknowledge that GTE has already implemented, and shall be establishing or adopting, adopting some industry standard practices and/or establishing its own standard practices, that are not otherwise specified in this Agreement, practices to implement the various requirements of its obligations hereunder. Such standard practices are defined as practices that are generally hereunder applicable to the CLEC industry as a whole and are not specific to CCIwhich may be added in the Guide. Such practices will be administered on a nondiscriminatory basis. CCI DSL agrees that GTE may implement such industry standard practices to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement. A copy has been provided to DSL and is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
