Standard Specification. Standard Specification means a Specification listed in Schedule H – Drawings and Specifications as a standard Specification, as the same may be amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time by the Owner. The City of Toronto’s Standard Specifications can be found on-line at xxx.xxxxxxx.xx/xxx-xxxxxxxxx. Any of the OPS’ Standard Specifications can be acquired from the OPS.
