Standard Warranty. Any express or implied manufacturer warranties are made a part hereof and the warranties attached hereto as Exhibit B extend fully to the Customer and are further assigned to the CITY OF OVERLAND PARK, KS . Any additional warranties must be expressly approved in writing by Company’s authorized representative.
