Common use of Standard Workday Clause in Contracts

Standard Workday. (a) The standard workday for regular employees shall be seven (7) hours per day, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (b) Regular part-time employees may be scheduled to work less than seven (7) hours per day and thirty-five (35) hours per week, as per Article 2.
