HOURS OF WORK, OVERTIME AND PREMIUM PAY. A. The provisions of this article are intended to provide a base for determining the number of hours of work for which an employee shall be entitled to be paid at overtime rates and shall not be construed as a guarantee to such employee of any specified number of hours of work, either per day or per week, or as limiting the right of the City to fix the number of hours of work (including overtime) either per day or per week for such employee.

The department shall post two (2) two-week schedules in such a manner that the current schedule shall be accompanied by the succeeding two week schedule.
HOURS OF WORK, OVERTIME AND PREMIUM PAY. Section 1 The University reserves the right to determine and/or amend daily hours of work, weekly work schedules or standard work week and pay day in conformance with all sections of this agreement.
HOURS OF WORK, OVERTIME AND PREMIUM PAY. 4.1 Hours of Work - A regular shift shall be eight (8), ten (10) or twelve (12) consecutive hours in any day. The Work week shall consist of five (5) consecutive shifts of eight (8) hours or four (4) consecutive shifts of ten (10) for a total of forty (40) hours. Any change in the above hours of work shall be by mutual agreement.

HOURS OF WORK, OVERTIME AND PREMIUM PAY. Section Normal Hours A work week for payroll purposes shall be a one hundred sixty-eight hours period beginning at Sunday and ending at the following Sunday. The normal scheduled work week shall consist of five consecutive 8-hour days, beginning as defined in part Certain employees, by agreement between the par- ties hereto, may have a scheduled work week starting on a day other than Monday which shall be considered the scheduled work week for these employees for the com- putation of overtime and premium pay. The work day, for payroll purposes, shall be a twenty-four hour period commencing at and ending at the following day. The normal shift shall be eight hours with a half hour, non-paid lunch period. Certain employees may be scheduled for eight hour shifts which will include a twenty (20)minute paid lunch period. The normal shift shall be:
HOURS OF WORK, OVERTIME AND PREMIUM PAY. Section 1 The regular work week shall begin on Monday and end on Sunday, seven (7) days later. Employees will normally be scheduled to work five (5) consecutive days during the work week. The normal work day shall consist of eight (8) hours of work. Employees who are on a seven (7) day continuous operation schedule shall receive $0.75 per hour premium for work performed on a Saturday and $1.25 per hour premium for work performed on Sunday, if these days are part of their regular seven (7) day schedule and not overtime days.

HOURS OF WORK, OVERTIME AND PREMIUM PAY. Section 1. Work Day and Work Week - 8 hours per day shall constitute a normal day's work. Forty hours per week shall constitute a normal week's work, Monday through Friday inclusive. The work week shall begin at 12:01 a.m. on Mondays, and end at 12:00 p.m. (midnight) on Sundays.
