STANDARDS AND SERVICES. 16.01 The work performed by Contractor shall be done in the most professional manner with the highest standard of workmanship. At a minimum, the work performed by Contractor shall comply with the standards and services set out in Attachment “A”, attached hereto and made a part hereof, and the schedules for services set forth in Attachment “B”, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
STANDARDS AND SERVICES. During the term of the Agreement, DEALER shall maintain the following standards and services.
(A) DEALER shall operate a retail outlet and dedicate an appropriate amount of retail space and live demonstration units for viewing by the public. DEALER's outlet shall be professional in appearance and image.
(B) DEALER shall use its best efforts at all times to promote and sell the Service of LA UNWIRED and shall abide by the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and fair dealing.
