Prices and Services Billing. 8.1 SCHEDULE OF PRICES AND TERMS Competitive Supplier agrees to provide Firm Full-Requirements Power Supply and other related services as expressly set forth herein in accordance with the prices and terms included in EXHIBIT A to this ESA, which exhibit is hereby incorporated by reference into this ESA.
Prices and Services Billing. SCHEDULE OF PRICES AND TERMS Competitive Supplier agrees to provide Firm Full-Requirements Power Supply and other related services as expressly set forth herein in accordance with the prices and terms included in Exhibit A to this ESA, which Exhibit is hereby incorporated by reference into this ESA. OBLIGATION TO SERVE As between the Parties, Competitive Supplier has the sole obligation to obtain sources of supply, whether from generating facilities owned or controlled by its affiliates, through bilateral transactions, or the market, as may be necessary to provide Firm Full-Requirements Power Supply for all of the Participating Customers under the Program. Competitive Supplier, except as explicitly limited by the terms included in Exhibit A, shall be obligated to accept all Participating Customers, regardless of their location or energy needs provided such Participating Customers are eligible under the applicable regulations and tariffs of the Distribution Utility. METERING The Distribution Utility will be responsible for any metering which may be required to bill Participating Customers in accordance with the Distribution Utility's Terms and Conditions for Competitive Suppliers.
