Common use of Standards of Performance Clause in Contracts

Standards of Performance. IX.10.1 Ameritech shall provide to Requesting Carrier access to unbundled Network Elements (i) in accordance with Section 9.4 as determined by this Section 9.10 and (ii) as required by the Commission (collectively, the “Ameritech Network Element Performance Benchmarks”).
