Service and Facilities Provided. (a) CBT will provide CLEC with multiplexing at a designated CBT Central Office at the rates set forth at in the Pricing Schedule. CBT will also provide CLEC with trunking from the CBT Central Office to the designated CBT Control Office(s) with sufficient capacity to route CLEC's originating E9-1-1 calls over Service Lines to the designated primary PSAP or to designated alternate locations. Such trunking will be provided at the rates set forth in Pricing Schedule. If CLEC forwards the ANI information of the calling party to the Control Office, CBT will forward that calling number and the associated street address to the PSAP for display. If no ANI is forwarded by CLEC, CBT will display a Central Office identification code for display at the PSAP.
(b) CLEC will provide itself, or lease from a third person, the necessary trunking to route originating E9-1-1 traffic from CLEC’s Switches to the CBT Control Office(s). The point of Interconnection for CLEC’s Primary and Diverse Routes, where available, to the multiplexer collocation space and E9-1-1 Control Offices is at the CBT Central Office. If Diverse Routes are not available, CBT shall, at the request of CLEC, provide diversity to CLEC, and CLEC shall pay local channel mileage charges for Diverse Routes as set forth in the Pricing Schedule. CLEC will be responsible for determining the proper quantity of trunks from its switches to the CBT Central Office(s). Trunks between the CBT Central Office and the CBT Control Office shall be delivered consistent with time frames that CBT provides itself or other customers, but in no case shall it exceed thirty (30) days. Following delivery, CLEC and CBT will cooperate to promptly test all transport facilities between CLEC’s network and the CBT Control Office to assure proper functioning of the E9-1-1 service.
(c) CBT will provide to CLEC in paper, on diskette or mechanized format information (the “E9-1-1 A&R Information”), and will seek the appropriate governmental approval if required that will (i) enable CLEC to make pre-edits to validate the street addresses of CLEC Customers and (ii) specify which E9-1-1 Control Office serves as the jurisdictional E9-1-1 answering point for Customers within the Exchange Areas served by CLEC. Service and Facilities Provided. (a) SBC-AMERITECH will provide CLEC with multiplexing at a designated SBC-AMERITECH Central Office at the rates set forth in the Pricing Schedule and pursuant to the terms and conditions in applicable tariffs. SBC- AMERITECH will also provide CLEC upon request with dedicated trunking from the SBC-AMERITECH Central Office to the designated SBC- AMERITECH Control Office(s) with sufficient capacity to route CLEC's originating 911 calls over Service Lines to the designated primary PSAP or to designated alternate locations. Trunks shall be established as CAMA MF trunks until SS7 connectivity is required by the applicable jurisdiction. Thereafter, trunks shall be established with SS7 signaling and both parties will cooperate to implement CCIS trunking. Such trunking will be provided at the rates set forth in the Pricing Schedule or applicable state tariff. If CLEC forwards the ANI information of the calling party to the Control Office, SBC- AMERITECH will forward that calling number and the associated street address to the PSAP for display. If no ANI is forwarded by CLEC, SBC- AMERITECH will display a Central Office identification code for display at the PSAP.
(b) CLEC will provide a minimum of two (2) one-way outgoing channels per diverse path to route originating 911 traffic from CLEC’s End Office(s) to the SBC-AMERITECH Central Office(s). The points of Interconnection for primary and diverse routes are identified at Section 3.14.5. CLEC may, at its option, acquire such trunking from SBC-AMERITECH at rates, terms and conditions provided in SBC-AMERITECH’s tariffs.
(c) SBC-AMERITECH shall assure sufficient capacity at the 911 tandem or selective router to meet CLEC’s requests for interconnection within twenty (20) business days after receipt of the request. When SBC-AMERITECH network force and load conditions require a longer implementation timeframe, SBC-AMERITECH will notify CLEC within five (5) business days after receipt of the request and the timeframe will be agreed upon. Interconnection to the 911 tandem shall be established to provide path and route diversity when technically feasible.
(d) SBC-AMERITECH shall provide the following information to CLEC, and shall promptly notify CLEC of any changes:
(1) SBC-AMERITECH processes and requirements for ordering trunks for 911 service and interconnection to the 911 tandem or selective router.
(2) Trunk group specifications.
(3) E911 tandem CLLI codes, circuit IDs, point codes, LEC order number, and TS (Two Six)...

(a) Requesting Carrier shall interconnect with each Ameritech 9-1-1 Selective Router that serves the areas in which Requesting Carrier provides Telephone Exchange Service. Such interconnection shall be used by Ameritech to provide 9-1-1 service and access to all sub-tending Public Safety Answering Points (each, a “PSAP”). Requesting Carrier will establish such interconnection by (i) providing itself, or leasing from a third-party (including Ameritech), the necessary DS1 facilities and trunk groups between Requesting Carrier’s point of Interconnection and designated Ameritech 9-1-1 Selective Router (channel conditioning referred to as “Direct” in Item I of the Pricing Schedule) or (ii) providing demuxed DSO level trunks at designated Ameritech 9-1-1 Selective Router(s) (channel conditioning referred to as “Back to Back” in Item I of the Pricing Schedule) or (iii) providing muxed DSO level trunks at a Collocation point within each Ameritech 9-1-1 Selective Router(s) (channel conditioning referred to as “Collocation” in Item I of the Pricing Schedule). With any of the foregoing three (3) options, Requesting Carrier shall provide a minimum of two (2) dedicated channels from the point of interconnection to the Ameritech 9-1-1 Selective Router(s). Each of the foregoing options described in this subsection (a) also require each of the Parties to provide sufficient trunking and facilities to route Requesting Carrier’s originating 9-1-1 calls to the designated primary PSAP or to designated alternate PSAPs. Ameritech and the Requesting Carrier will coordinate the provision of transport capacity sufficient to route originating 9-1-1 calls from the Requesting Carrier’s point of interconnection to the designated Ameritech 9-1-1 Selective Router(s). In addition to the channel conditioning charges identified in Item I of the Pricing Schedule, if Requesting Carrier leases facilities from Ameritech, standard tariff rates shall apply.
(b) If Requesting Carrier forwards the ANI information of the calling party to the Ameritech 9-1-1 Selective Router and the Requesting Carrier has followed the appropriate procedures in subsection (e) to establish the record for the calling Party in the ALI database, Ameritech will forward that calling number and the associated street address to the PSAP for display. If no ANI is forwarded by Requesting Carrier, Ameritech will display a Central Office identification code for display at the PSAP.

CLEC may, at its option, acquire such trunking from Ameritech at rates, terms and conditions provided in Ameritechs tariffs.
(c) Ameritech will provide to CLEC, in paper or mechanized format, an address and routing file that will specify which 9-1-1 Control Office serves as the jurisdictional 9-1-1 answering point for Customers within the Exchange Areas served by CLEC. The address and routing file will be provided by exchange rate center or community upon request. A specified charge as set forth at Item I of the Pricing Schedule will apply per request. Until such time as a mechanized process for provision of this information is made available by Ameritech and, at intervals determined by Ameritech, Ameritech shall provide to CLEC in a paper format any updates to the address and routing file.
(d) Ameritech will coordinate access to the Ameritech ALI database for the initial loading and updating of CLEC Customer information. Access coordination will include:
(1) Ameritech provided format requirements and a delivery address for CLEC to supply an electronic version of Customer telephone numbers, addresses and other information both for the initial load and, where applicable, daily updates. Ameritech shall confirm receipt of this data as described in Section 3.9.2(h);
(2) Coordination of error resolution involving entry and update activity;
