Minimum Call-Back Time An employee who is called in and required to work outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates unless the call-in is immediately prior to their normal work day, in which case there should be no minimum.

Qualifying Period If a regular employee is promoted or transferred to a position, then that employee shall be considered a qualifying employee in her new position for a period of ninety (90) calendar days. The USLD media is a copper twisted pair that can be provisioned as a 2-wire or 4-wire facility.
