The Authority has the intention to establish a Nominated Product Scheme (NPS) for Supply of Implants and Consumables for Peripheral Vascular Occlusive Disease in compliance with the requirements in this Invitation to Quote. The Authority has made a tentative plan to commence the NPS on 15 September 2022. The exact commencement date will be specified in the Authority’s letter of acceptance of the Seller’s Standing Quotation.

  • Quotations Unless otherwise agreed any quotation given will normally remain valid for a period of 30 days from the date it is provided to you. We reserve the right to withdraw a quotation in certain circumstances, for example, where the insurer has altered their premium or terms for the insurance since the quotation was given or if a claim / incident has occurred since the terms were offered.

  • Regional Value Content 1. Except as provided in paragraph 5, each Party shall provide that the regional value content of a good shall be calculated, at the choice of the exporter or producer of the good, on the basis of either the transaction value method set out in paragraph 2 or the net cost method set out in paragraph 3.

  • Measurements and arithmetic conventions All measurements and calculations shall be in the metric system and calculations done to 2 (two) decimal places, with the third digit of 5 (five) or above being rounded up and below 5 (five) being rounded down.
