Standing Referral to a Specialty Care Center. If you have a life-threatening condition or disease or a degenerative and disabling condition or disease you may request a standing referral to a specialty care center that is a Participating Provider. We will consult with your PCP, your specialist and the specialty care center to decide whether such a referral is appropriate.

Standing Referral to a Specialty Care Center. If you have a life-threatening or a degenerative and disabling condition or disease, either of which requires specialized medical care over a prolonged period of time, you may receive a standing referral to a network specialty care center with expertise in treating the life-threatening or degenerative and disabling disease or condition. If we, or your PCP or specialist in consultation with our Medical Director, determine that your care would most appropriately be provided by a specialty care center, we will refer you to such center. Any such referral shall be pursuant to a treatment plan developed by the specialty care center and approved by us, in consultation with your PCP and specialist, when applicable. For purposes of this provision, a specialty care center is one that is accredited or designated by an agency of the state or federal government or by a voluntary national health organization as having special expertise in treating your life-threatening or disabling condition or disease.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by Ygnition for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by Ygnition, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit Ygnition to route the Ygnition Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by Ygnition. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by Ygnition and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at Ygnition's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, Ygnition will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. Ygnition shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to Ygnition’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Provision for Generation Compensation Grid unavailability in a contract year as defined in the PPA: (only period from 8 am to 6 pm to be counted): Generation Loss = [(Average Generation per hour during the Contract Year) × (number of hours of grid unavailability during the Contract Year)] Where, Average Generation per hour during the Contract Year (kWh) = Total generation in the Contract Year (kWh) ÷ Total hours of generation in the Contract Year. The excess generation by the SPD equal to this generation loss shall be procured by the Buying Utility at the PSA tariff so as to offset this loss in the succeeding 3 (three) Contract Years.
