Start of agreement. (a) Our agreement starts when we accept (at our sole discretion) your application and continues until terminated in accordance with our agreement. (b) When you request us to supply the service to you, which may be made [using our application forms (either online or printed) or by telephone], we decide whether to accept your application and to supply the service to you based on a variety of factors including: (i) your eligibility for the service; (ii) its availability to you; (iii) you meeting our credit requirements; and (iv) your prior conduct or history with respect to any previous supply by us or a reseller of any goods or service to you.
