Common use of Start of the Year Assignment Clause in Contracts

Start of the Year Assignment. At the Transportation meeting in August, bus assistants will attend and bid on their yearly assignment. This bidding shall be done on a seniority basis. Payment for attendance at this meeting will be $7.29. Assistants not in attendance will be assigned by the Transportation Supervisor.
