Start/Stop Times Sample Clauses
The Start/Stop Times clause defines the specific periods during which certain obligations, services, or activities under the agreement are to begin and end. Typically, this clause will specify exact dates, times, or conditions that trigger the commencement and conclusion of work, such as the start and finish of a construction project or the hours during which services are to be provided. By clearly outlining these timeframes, the clause ensures all parties have a mutual understanding of when responsibilities are active, thereby preventing disputes related to timing and helping to coordinate schedules effectively.
