Reporting of Concerns about Harassment and/or Discrimination. Nurses are encouraged to utilize the Medical Center's internal complaint reporting processes for reporting concerns regarding harassment and/or discrimination.
Reporting of Concerns. The Medical Center supports and encourages 2 nurses to raise and document any staffing concerns, without fear of retaliation. For 3 specific staffing concerns, a nurse may use the Staffing Request and Documentation 4 Form (SRDF). Nurses will submit completed forms r, to their manager, and the co-chairs 5 of the House-Wide Staffing Committee. a nurse requested by the Medical Center to 7 during this review. During a review of a submitted SRDF, the Medical Center may 8 request additional information from the submitting nurse.

Reporting of Concerns. The Hirer must report a safeguarding concern to the statutory agencies and Parish Safeguarding Representative (PSR), should the concern occur on the parish premises.
