Starting Rate on Return from Military Service. Any employee who has been honorably discharged from the Armed Forces, and is subsequently reinstated to a position previously held by him/her, shall be entitled to receive compensation at the rate corresponding to the same grade and step when he/she originally entered the service, in addition to any increases which would have accrued to the position had the employee been in active service with the Employer.

Starting Rate on Return from Military Service. Any employee who leaves or has left the service of the school district to enter the active service of the Armed Forces of the United States and who subsequently is reinstated to a position previously held, shall receive the rate to which he/she would normally have been entitled had the service with the school district not been interrupted by such service.
Starting Rate on Return from Military Service. Any employee who leaves the Town service to enter active service in the armed forces of the United States at a time of national emergency or who is required to fulfill a military or other national service obligation and who is subsequently reinstated to a position previously held by him shall be entitled to receive the rate of compensation at the step at the time of separation or higher.
