Common use of Starting Salaries Clause in Contracts

Starting Salaries. (a) The appropriate ASM salary at the time of appointment will be determined following an assessment of a new staff’s skills and attributes according to the Institute’s starting salaries policy. (b) The employer may pay a market allowance over the assessed salary level (see clause 4.4.1 below and see part 13 transitional provisions).
