STATE, FEDERAL, AND LOCAL REQUIRED PROVISIONS FOR ALL CONTRACTS. In the event of breach of any of the below covenants, the Airport Authority has the right to either terminate this Agreement or re-enter or repossess land covered by this Agreement and the Airport facilities thereon, and hold the same as if said Agreement had never been made or issued, or both, each as applicable.
