State inspection. At the Operator's expense by a State inspection service provider approved by the Police Department. The inspection service provider shall certify in writing that the vehicle meets minimum manufacturer's performance standards as applicable to the specific vehicle and components being tested. A copy of each written certification by the inspection service provider shall be attached to and incorporated in this Agreement as "Exhibit(s) F."
State inspection. The assignment of drivers to drive for the State lnspection(s) shall be based on seniority. All other non-passenger driving (i.e. bus shuttling) shall be assigned in accordance with seniority.
State inspection. After the completion of Star Elevator’s work and the required work by others and before the elevator can be put into service, the elevator must be inspected by the State of California, DOSH Elevator Unit. Star Elevator will schedule the inspection with the State and will assist with the performance of the inspection. Such inspection will be scheduled as each elevator is completed. Every effort will be made to schedule timely inspections, but Star Elevator has no control over the scheduling of State inspectors and will not be liable for any delays as a result of such scheduling. 4.0 repair crew hours and 4.0 hours State inspection fees per elevator are included in the modernization price.   • Records Inspection Artiva shall, and shall cause its Affiliates and Sublicensees to, keep complete, true and accurate books of account and records for the purpose of determining the payments to be made under this Agreement. Such books and records shall be kept for [***] years following the end of the calendar year to which they pertain. Such records shall be open for inspection during such period by independent accountants, solely for the purpose of verifying payment statements hereunder for a period covering not more than [***] months prior to the date of request; provided that no period shall be subject to inspection under this section more than once and inspections with respect to payments on a Product under this Agreement shall be done concurrently with respect to payments on the same Product under the Option Agreement to avoid duplication. Such inspections shall be made no more than once each calendar year, on reasonable notice during normal business hours. The independent accountants will execute a reasonable written confidentiality agreement with Artiva and will disclose to GCLC only such information as is reasonably necessary to provide GCLC with information regarding any actual or potential discrepancies between amounts reported and actually paid and amounts payable under this Agreement. The auditor will send a copy of the report to Artiva at the same time it is sent to GCLC. The report sent to both Parties will include the methodology and calculations used to determine the results. Any unpaid amounts that are discovered shall be paid promptly by Artiva. Inspections conducted under this Section 3.5 shall be at the expense of GCLC, unless the inspection discloses an underpayment by Artiva of [***] or more of the amount due for any period covered by the inspection, whereupon all costs relating to the inspection for such period shall be paid promptly by Artiva. If the inspection discloses an overpayment by Artiva, then Artiva will deduct the amount of such overpayment from amounts otherwise owed to GCLC under this Agreement, unless no further payments are due hereunder, in which case the amount of such overpayment shall be refunded by GCLC to Artiva.

  • SITE INSPECTION Where a site inspection is required by the Bid Specifications or Project Definition, Bidder shall be required to inspect the site, including environmental or other conditions for pre-existing deficiencies that may affect the installed Product, equipment, or environment or services to be provided and, which may affect Bidder’s ability to properly deliver, install or otherwise provide the required Product. All inquiries regarding such conditions shall be made in writing. Bidder shall be deemed to have knowledge of any deficiencies or conditions which such inspection or inquiry might have disclosed. Bidder must provide a detailed explanation with its Bid if additional work is required under this clause in order to properly complete the delivery and installation of the required Product or provide the requested service.

  • IN INSPECTION Before, at the time of the Tenant accepting possession, or shortly thereafter, the Landlord and Tenant: (check one) ☐ - Agree to inspect the Premises and write any present damages or needed repairs on a move-in checklist. ☐ - Shall not inspect the Premises or complete a move-in checklist.

  • Goods Inspection The Commissioner of DAS, in consultation with the Client Agency, shall determine the manner and prescribe the inspection of all Goods and the tests of all samples submitted to determine whether they comply with all of the specifications in the Contract. If any Goods fail in any way to meet the specifications in the Contract, the Client Agency or the Commissioner of DAS may, in its sole discretion, either reject it and owe nothing or accept it and pay for it on an adjusted price basis, depending on the degree to which the Goods meet the specifications. Any decision pertaining to any such failure or rejection shall be final and binding.

  • Vehicle Inspection All State agencies must have a formal vehicle inspection program for State vehicles to assure that vehicles are clean, properly equipped, maintained, and in good repair. Each program must provide:

  • Final Inspection Contractor shall complete the list of items identified on the pre-final Punchlist prior to requesting a final inspection. Unless otherwise specified, or otherwise agreed in writing by the parties as documented on the Certificate of Substantial Completion, Contractor shall complete and/or correct all Work within thirty (30) days of the Substantial Completion date. Upon completion of the pre-final Punchlist work, Contractor shall give written notice to ODR and A/E that the Work will be ready for final inspection on a specific date. Contractor shall accompany this notice with a copy of the updated pre-final Punchlist indicating resolution of all items. On the date specified or as soon thereafter as is practicable, ODR, A/E and Contractor will inspect the Work. A/E will submit to Contractor a final Punchlist of open items that the inspection team requires corrected or completed before final acceptance of the Work.

  • Maintenance and Inspection Consultant shall maintain complete and accurate records with respect to all costs and expenses incurred under this Agreement. All such records shall be clearly identifiable. Consultant shall allow a representative of City during normal business hours to examine, audit, and make transcripts or copies of such records and any other documents created pursuant to this Agreement. Consultant shall allow inspection of all work, data, documents, proceedings, and activities related to the Agreement for a period of three (3) years from the date of final payment under this Agreement.
