State InspectionAgency shall promptly notify State of Project completion and allow State to inspect Project sidewalks, curb ramps, and pedestrian-activated signals, as applicable to the Project, located on or along the a state highway prior to acceptance of Project by Agency and prior to release of any Agency contractor.
State Inspection. At the Operator's expense by a State inspection service provider approved by the Police Department. The inspection service provider shall certify in writing that the vehicle meets minimum manufacturer's performance standards as applicable to the specific vehicle and components being tested. A copy of each written certification by the inspection service provider shall be attached to and incorporated in this Agreement as "Exhibit(s) F."
State Inspection. The assignment of drivers to drive for the State Inspection(s) shall be based on seniority. All other non-passenger driving (i.e. bus shuttling) shall be assigned in accordance with seniority.
State Inspection. After the completion of Star Elevator’s work and the required work by others and before the elevator can be put into service, the elevator must be inspected by the State of California, DOSH Elevator Unit. Star Elevator will schedule the inspection with the State and will assist with the performance of the inspection. Such inspection will be scheduled as each elevator is completed. Every effort will be made to schedule timely inspections, but Star Elevator has no control over the scheduling of State inspectors and will not be liable for any delays as a result of such scheduling. 4.0 repair crew hours and 4.0 hours State inspection fees per elevator are included in the modernization price. In the event more time is needed by the State inspector to perform the inspection the additional crew hours will be charged at Star Elevator’s published billing rates for such work; any additional inspection fees will be charged at cost.

State Inspection. Certified Agency shall promptly notify ODOT of completion of each individual project and allow ODOT to inspect all project facilities, including but not limited to, sidewalks, curb ramps, pedestrian-activated signals, shared use paths, transit stops, park-and-rides, and on-street parking, as applicable to each Supplemental Project Authorization, located on or along a state highway, prior to acceptance of the project by Certified Agency and prior to release of any Certified Agency contractor.

  • IN INSPECTION Before, at the time of the Tenant accepting possession, or shortly thereafter, the Landlord and Tenant: (check one)

  • Final Inspection The Contractor shall complete the list of items identified on the Pre-Final Punchlist prior to requesting a Final Inspection. Unless otherwise specified, or otherwise agreed in writing by the parties as documented on the Certificate of Substantial Completion, the Contractor shall complete and/or correct all Work within thirty (30) days of the Substantial Completion date. Upon completion of the Pre-Final Punchlist work, the Contractor shall give written notice to the ODR and A/E that the Work will be ready for Final Inspection on a specific date. The Contractor shall accompany this notice with a copy of the updated Pre-Final Punchlist indicating resolution of all items. On the date specified or as soon thereafter as is practicable, the ODR, A/E and the Contractor will inspect the Work. The A/E will submit to the Contractor a Final Punchlist of open items that the inspection team requires corrected or completed before final acceptance of the Work. 12.1.2.1 The Contractor must correct or complete all items on the Final Punchlist before requesting Final Payment. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties, complete this work within seven (7) days of receiving the Final Punchlist. Upon completion of the Final Punchlist, the Contractor shall notify the A/E and ODR in writing stating the disposition of each Final Punchlist item. The A/E, Owner and Contractor shall promptly inspect the completed items. When the Final Punchlist is complete, and the Contract is fully satisfied according to the Contract Documents the ODR will issue a certificate establishing the date of Final Completion. Completion of all Work is a condition precedent to the Contractor's right to receive Final Payment.
