The foregoing guarantee expressly excludes (1) any health issues caused by Xxxxx’s ill treatment, abuse, neglect (2)any health issues that result from the puppy /dog’s transportation from Breeder to Buyer and (3) all minor illnesses ad health issues, including upper respiratory infections, allergic reactions, stress colitis/diarrhea, internal or external parasites or contagious viruses (including canine parvovirus), uti’s, vaginitis or umbilical hernias.

The Buyer’s veterinarian must provide a written statement deemig deeming the puppy/dog “unfit for purchase”, which must be sent to Breeder within 48 hours of the veterinary examination. The foregoing guarantee expressly excludes (1) coccidia, giardia, kennel cough, stenotic nares/pinched nostrils, regrowth of dew claws, cherry eye, underbite, umbilical hernia, inguinal hernia, hypoglycemia, any health issues caused by XxxxxBuyer’s ill ill-treatment, abuseabuse or neglect, neglect (2)any any health issues that result from the puppy /dogpuppy/dog’s transportation from Breeder to Buyer and (3) all minor illnesses ad and health issues, including upper respiratory infections, allergic reactions, stress colitis/diarrhea, internal or external parasites or contagious viruses parasites, diseases (including canine parvovirus), uti’sor contagious viruses, vaginitis UTIs, or umbilical herniasvaginitis.
