STATE OF VERMONT INFORMATION TRANSPORT SYSTEM INFRASTRUCTURE STANDARDS. 5.1. All Voice and Data communications installation and repairs shall be ordered through the Agency of Digital Services (ADS) Telecommunications Section. ADS will ensure that the State Wiring Standards are followed and insure coordination within the Department. All State Agencies and Departments shall direct Voice and Data cabling requests to ADS Telecommunications Section.
