State Officials and Employees Ethics Act. Employees shall comply with the provisions set forth in the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act (5 ILCS 430), provided that nothing in this Section shall be deemed to diminish the rights, privileges, or remedies of a State employee under any other federal or State law, rule, or regulation or under any collective bargaining agreement or employment contract.
