Common use of Statement of Commitment Clause in Contracts

Statement of Commitment. The teachers, administrators and board members of USD #464 will actively and cooperatively seek to improve the test scores of students within our district. The Teachers will work with USD 464 in updating and improving the curriculum. The adopted curriculum will be taught by all Teachers, supported by all administration, and properly resourced by the board of education in USD 464. We are committed to challenging students to improve themselves in all areas during their school career. XXX also supports administrators evaluating, counseling, or removing employees who are incompetent. We are committed to Professional Learning Communities as the means of continuous school improvement for the very highest levels of achievement for all students. Student learning outcomes will be enhanced through the alignment of professional development, curriculum development, assessment practices, strategic interventions, and use of data.
