STATEMENT OF OBLIGATION. Viridis Graduate Institute will provide the student curriculum and instruction in English and with every effort toward reasonable care and skill. Viridis Graduate Institute will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the program as described in the Institute’s Catalog, however, the Institute shall be entitled: to alter the course schedule provided; to make reasonable variations to the content and syllabi of the program; Viridis Graduate Institute will make available to the student such learning support facilities and other services it considers appropriate for student success.
