Beneficiary Statement. Borrower shall pay Lender for every Lender statement furnished at Borrower’s request the maximum fee allowed by law pursuant to Section 2943 of the Civil Code of California and all amendments thereto, the provisions of which are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.
