Statement of Principles. The Company and the Union recognize it is in their mutual interest to promote, as fully as possible, safety for employees, value for our shareholder and protection of property. In recognition of these interests, the Company and the Union hereby indicate their desire to cooperate in establishing and maintaining conditions which will promote a harmonious relationship among the Company, the employees, and the Union, and to provide methods for a fair and amicable adjustment of disputes which may arise between them.
