Statement of Work Recommendations. Customers should consider the following items when creating a Statement of Work. The items here are not mandatory, but the Department strongly suggests that Customers (and Contractors) consider addressing these issues when relevant. This list is not intended to be an exhaustive list; other sections of this Contract contain Statement of Work-level permissions.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:
