Statement of Work Requirements. In performance of this contract, the Contractor shall fulfill the requirements in accordance with all applicable documents, exhibits, and attachments listed in Section J. In accordance with C-242-H003 TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS (NAVSEA) (OCT 2018), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) or the PCO will issue Technical Instructions (TI) on the XXX CLINs after contract award that provide for further clarification and technical details for the efforts to be performed under subparagraphs mentioned below. The tasks mentioned herein on the XXX CLINs shall be performed as directed by each TI.

Statement of Work Requirements. Each Statement of Work will include the following: names and contact information for Contractor’s Contract Administrator, Project Manager and Key Personnel; names and contact information for the State’s Contract Administrator, Project Manager and Business Owner; a detailed description of the Services to be provided under this Contract, including any training obligations of Contractor; a detailed description of the Software to be provided under this Contract, including the: version and release number of the Software; Business Requirements Specification; Technical Specification; and a description of the Documentation to be provided; a detailed description of the Hardware to be provided under this Contract; an Implementation Plan, including all Milestones, the corresponding Milestone Dates and the partiesrespective responsibilities under the Implementation Plan; the due dates for payment of Fees and any invoicing requirements, including any Milestones on which any such Fees are conditioned, and such other information as the parties deem necessary; disclosure of all Open-Source Components (each identified on a separate exhibit to the Statement of Work), in each case accompanied by such related documents as may be required by this Contract; description of all liquidated damages associated with this Contract; and a detailed description of all State Resources required to complete the Implementation Plan.

All parties to a transaction are responsible for ensuring compliance with this section. Contract Manager Every Statement of Work should name a Customer Contract Manager, who will be the main Customer point of contact for all issues related to the Services performed under that Statement of Work. The Customer's Contract Manager is the person authorized to make or approve any changes in the requirements of a Statement of Work. In the event the Contractor(s) makes any changes at the direction of any person other than the Contract Manager, the change will be considered to have been without authority and no adjustment will be made in the Statement of Work price to cover any increase in costs occurred as a result thereof. The Customer's Contract Manager is a single point of contact for the Contractor, and has the authority to obtain decisions on behalf of the Customer. The Contract Manager may be responsible for, but not limited to, the performance of the following functions, some of which may be delegated to other Customer staff: Provide a liaison between the Customer and the Contractor Review, verify, and approve invoices from the Contractor Resolve any contractual problems Ensure the timely review by the Customer of all planning documents Report on project progress to Customer management Meet with the Contractor to convey information about schedule, timing, and content of upcoming Deliverables, as well as raising problems and issues Meet with the Contractor and inform Customer management on the Contractor’s problems and issues Facilitate resolution of problems Functions as the source of all material sent to the Contractor Receive all Deliverables from the Contractor Archive all Deliverables received from the Contractor Review all Change Requests looking for communications issues during the problem’s lifecycle and follow-up on unresolved issues regarding reproducibility, significance, etc. Review and approve all subcontractors that the Contractor intends to use Project Completion Dates Costs to the Customer for each Deliverable and the completion date must be agreed upon in the Statement of Work. The completion date shall be based on the Contractor’s project plan and the Customer's needs. The Contractor shall complete each project within the agreed cost and by the estimated completion date, unless the completion date is properly modified.
Statement of Work Requirements. No Statement of Work will be effective unless signed by each party’s Contract Administrator. The term of each Statement of Work will commence on the parties' full execution of a Statement of Work and terminate when the parties have fully performed their obligations. The terms and conditions of this Contract will apply at all times to any Statements of Work entered into by the parties and incorporated into this Contract. The State will have the right to terminate such Statement of Work as set forth in Section 17. Contractor acknowledges that time is of the essence with respect to Contractor’s obligations under each Statement of Work and agrees that prompt and timely performance of all such obligations in accordance with this Contract and the Statements of Work (including the Implementation Plan and all Milestone Dates) is strictly required.
