Inspections, Records, and Cooperation The Owner agrees to provide any information pertinent to this Contract which the Program Administrator, PJ, or HUD may reasonably require. Further, upon reasonable notice to the Owner, Owner agrees to provide access to the Program Administrator, PJ, HUD, or their representatives to the Unit, the property on which the Unit is located, and the Owner’s records (wherever located) relevant to this Contract and compliance with Program requirements. The Owner further agrees to provide access to such records to the Comptroller General of the United States (commonly known as the Government Accountability Office or “GAO”). The Owner must grant access to relevant computerized or other electronic records and to any computers, equipment, or facilities containing such records, and must provide any information or assistance needed to access the records. Such rights to inspect and review will not expire until five (5) years after the date of expiration or termination of this Contract.
Information Handling Implement new/improved system; update incoming publications; circulate publications; identify information source(s) inside and outside the organisation. Grade 5 - Communication: Obtain data from external sources; produce reports; identify need for documents and/or research. Grade 5 - Enterprise: Assist with the development of options for future strategies; assist with planning to match future requirements with resource allocation.
DOCUMENTATION; RECORDS OF PROCESSING Each party is responsible for its compliance with its documentation requirements, in particular maintaining records of processing where required under Data Protection Law. Each party shall reasonably assist the other party in its documentation requirements, including providing the information the other party needs from it in a manner reasonably requested by the other party (such as using an electronic system), in order to enable the other party to comply with any obligations relating to maintaining records of processing.
Routine Communications All routine communications related to the Contract shall be sent to the Department’s Contract Manager. If any of the Contractor’s contract information changes during the life of the Contract, the Contractor shall notify the Department’s Contract Manager; such updates do not necessitate a formal amendment to the Contract. Communications relating to a Customer contract or purchase order should be addressed to the contact person identified in the contract or purchase order. Routine communications may be my email, regular mail, or telephone.
Services Communications Our Services include, in some cases, the ability to communicate to you, such as via email, text message, and push notifications. You hereby consent to our use of a l means of communication available to us to contact you. These communications may include messages from us, as we l as communications from Third Party Services and other of our third party partners. You may opt out of receiving communications by emailing us at our Contact Formavailable here or by clicking the “unsubscribe” link to the extent available in a communication you receive from us. We do not control and sha l have no responsibility for communications from third parties.
Exception Where Databases Contain Sufficient Information A Reporting Financial Institution is not required to perform the paper record search described in subparagraph D.2. of this section if the Reporting Financial Institution’s electronically searchable information includes the following:
Inspection Reports A "full inspection report" comprises a Site Master File (compiled by the manufacturer or by the inspectorate) and a narrative report by the inspectorate. A "detailed report" responds to specific queries about a firm by the other Party.
Information and communication The Parties shall support the development of modern methods of information handling, including the media, and stimulate the effective mutual exchange of information. Priority shall be given to programmes aimed at providing the general public with basic information about the Community and the Republic of Azerbaijan, including, where possible, access to databases, in full respect of intellectual property rights.
TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS Both parties may communicate by telephone, but it is agreed that no instructions that require action will be left on any messaging service since neither party can guarantee that they will be received or actioned. Telephone conversations may be recorded by Us for training or monitoring purposes.
CONSUMER REPORTS The Buyer is hereby notified that a consumer report containing credit and/or personal information may be referred to in connection with this transaction.
