Common use of Statements of Participation Clause in Contracts

Statements of Participation. Statements of Participation are issued by the Secretariat on request to vessels that carry observers from the On-Board Observer Program. This statement certifies that the vessel has been participating in the IDCP, and that all its trips have been covered by observers; the second, issued to vessels of non-Parties, certifies only that all the vessel’s trips have been covered by observers.
