Statements to Certificateholders; Certain Reports by the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer. On each Distribution Date, the Trustee shall forward by mail to each Holder (and, if it shall have certified to the Trustee as to its Ownership Interest in a Class of Book-Entry Certificates, each Certificate Owner) of the REMIC II Regular Certificates and to the Rating Agencies (provided, however, the Trustee need not forward to Xxxxx'x and DCR the following statement if made available via the Trustee's Website as described herein) a statement (a "Distribution Date Statement"), substantially in the form contemplated on pages C-1 through C-17 of the Prospectus Supplement, as to the distributions made on such Distribution Date setting forth:
