Common use of Statewide Operating Plans Clause in Contracts

Statewide Operating Plans. Statewide Operating Plans will address issues affecting statewide cooperation. The Statewide Operating Plans will be approved by the signatory state and federal members. The Statewide Mobilization Guides will be identified and considered part of the Statewide Operating Plans. Sub-geographic area operating plans will be developed that outline the details of this Agreement for sub-geographical areas. Unit Administrators will have the responsibility for developing and approving sub-geographic area operating plans. Unless superseded by the Geographic Area or Statewide Operating Plans, sub-geographic area operating plans will apply. Project plans are developed for specific non-suppression, fire related projects or activities. (See related clause: Joint Projects and Project Plans).
