Previous Agreements Superseded. The terms of this Article 14 will prevail in the event of conflict with any previous proprietary or confidentiality agreement executed by Westinghouse and Seller for the purposes described in Section 14.2 below.

All other agreements and understandings, written or oral, which have previously been entered into or agreed to by and among the Parties prior hereto regarding the LCR MSCP are superseded by this Agreement and the IA.
