The exhibit must include a narrative description and/or a list of resources that document protection planning for operational efficiencies. Refer to VI-A-Protection (Operating) Plan for additional consideration. E. Exhibits C and D are provided for standardized format and are intended to supplement this agreement. Completion and execution of Exhibit C or D does not require formal modification to this agreement. However, nothing in Exhibits C and D should conflict with the authority and provisions of this agreement. F. Exhibit F must be completed and attached to this agreement prior to execution if such resources are authorized. Additionally, this exhibit shall be reviewed annually to ensure the most current information is provided. G. The parties may attach other exhibits or operational information for reference so long as the additional exhibits and information do not conflict with the authority and provisions of this agreement.

  • Incorporation of Schedules and Exhibits The schedules, attachments and exhibits referenced in and attached to this Agreement shall be deemed an integral part hereof to the same extent as if written in whole herein. In the event that any inconsistency or conflict exists between the provisions of this Agreement and any schedules, attachments or exhibits attached hereto, the provisions of this Agreement shall supersede the provisions of any such schedules, attachments or exhibits.
