Status of Additional Capital Contributions. All additional Capital Contributions made by the Class A Members or the Class B Member to the Company pursuant to this Article II shall be “contributed surplus” within the meaning of Section 54(2) of the Companies Act and shall increase the Unrecovered Contribution Account of such Member.

Status of Additional Capital Contributions. (a) Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the amount of a Member’s Additional Capital Contributions may not be returned to it in whole or in part.

  • Additional Capital Contributions No Member shall be required to make additional capital contributions. A Member may make additional capital contributions to the Company.

  • No Additional Capital Contributions Except as otherwise provided in this Article V, no Partner shall be required to make additional Capital Contributions to the Partnership without the consent of such Partner or permitted to make additional capital contributions to the Partnership without the consent of the General Partner.
