Status of Pending Civil Service Commission Matters. During the meeting the Union may in addition present up to four (4) specific matters of particular importance pending before the Civil Service Commission, which the State will investigate and respond to the Union with regard to the current status of such pending matters. Such response will be made within a reasonable period of time.
