Status of the Agreement. All provisions of the Design-Build Agreement that are not amended or modified herein, including but not limited to the General Terms and Conditions in Exhibit A and any Supplementary Conditions in Exhibit J, shall remain in full force and effect and shall apply to this Construction Phase Amendment and the Work included herein.
